The Senior Trip... okay, to call it 'hellish' would be a bit of an understatement. I got stuck in a canoe with Corey, Jessica and Casey. I was right - Casey didn't know what a paddle was. Took a grand total of half an hour before he fell over into the river... and the rest of the weekend? We just won't talk about that. I'm so glad to be home and dry again. Love camping - but only when it's with people who don't make it an exercise in not committing homicide.

Ugh ugh ugh - but, I've got a girl's night to look forward to in awhile! It'll be great to see Mina again; and hopefully Catherine and Tatum too - and whoever else shows up.

At least graduation is soon; then the summer and university in the fall!

Good thing about being a senior: you get to take your finals "early". And by early I mean in a bit over a week. But then there's the -

Bad thing about being a senior: The Senior Trip. No one really likes it but we always have to go on it. I think it's a sadistic sort of thing that's still enforced on all of us because the last year had to go through it and so on and so forth. It's the other side of lame. We don't even really get given a choice of where to go... and a canoeing trip would be excellent if it were not with these people. I'm pretty sure Casey doesn't know what a paddle is and if Trevor's been more than five minutes from a toilet in his life I'll eat my shoe. We're all going to die.

So! Since Kokomon doesn't think it's fair of me to die without taking her somewhere one last time, we're hitting up the Digiworld sometime this weekend while my parents are out shopping for the death trip 'experience of a lifetime' (oh please). I don't actually really know any of you... but if you're interested, we'll be there and Kokomon thinks it'd be selfish of me to leave her with no friends. Anyone? I promise we don't bite unless asked... that was Kokomon?

Yeah, I know, I said I'd never give in and get one of these... but I guess that was a lie because I can't help myself. One of the things that the girl I met in NYC (was there for a tennis tournament with the school) wrote down on that receipt was an LJ username... so I figured, might as well, you know? Pay attention to what's going on with all you other... ummm... Chosen Children around the world. God, I'm so not used to using that term.

So the tennis tournament went well - got second place personally. Best part was meeting that Mina girl though, with her Digimon. Kokomon is complaining that I only ever meet fun people when I leave her at home, but that's what she gets for refusing to act like a stuffed animal when we're around other people. Better take her somewhere where she can Digivolve and run around before she starts sneaking into my backpack again... wouldn't be cool to get expelled for causing a riot right before graduation, y'know?

It's got nothing to do with graduation - but apparently I've got to go back to NYC for a longer visit when I'm not preoccupied by tournaments. With Kokomon; to see Mina and her little guy and another person, I think... can't remember her name. But not until the first round of the playoffs are over. The Sharks made it in this year and, well, important to watch them try to make it to the next round since the Leafs (yet again) did not.

That's enough from me for now, better go make sure that mom's not mixing up the laundry again. I don't know how she's going to function when I'm gone to university.
